AOL's Inclusion and Diversity ( AOL ID)  is a new internal culture initiative that my team was asked to concept the visual identity, branding, messaging and produce the global launch events across all markets.

We chose to lead with identity and show how all people are multi-layered and that the diversity between us is what makes AOL a company where you can thrive. ​
